These Terms govern access to and use of the Taglien website, online store, products, content, features, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Taglien is operated by MILEGOO LIMITED. The online store is hosted through Shopify.
By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe product dimensions, materials, finishes, feeder capacity, mounting methods, included accessories, and intended use accurately.
However:
- Screen settings may affect color appearance.
- Dimensions may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances.
- Natural wood, metal, and coated finishes may show individual variation.
- Product images may include birdseed or decorative objects not supplied.
- Product suitability depends on the installation surface, location, weather, and intended use.
Customers must review the complete product information before ordering.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting a safe and suitable installation location.
Before installation:
- Read the supplied instructions.
- Confirm that the support surface can carry the filled feeder.
- Use all required mounting hardware.
- Check clamps, hooks, cables, poles, brackets, and suction cups.
- Consider wind, rain, animals, and people passing below.
- Follow building, landlord, homeowners’ association, and local rules.
Do not install a feeder where falling components could injure people, damage property, obstruct walkways, or create another hazard.
Balcony and Window Products
Balcony clamp feeders must be attached only to stable surfaces within the product’s stated range.
Window-mounted feeders must be installed on smooth, clean, nonporous glass. Suction cups require regular inspection and can lose holding strength because of weather, dirt, moisture, temperature, or age.
The customer is responsible for checking the installation regularly.
Wildlife and Hygiene
Customers are responsible for using appropriate bird food and maintaining sanitary feeding conditions.
Remove spoiled or moldy food, clean the feeder regularly, clear waste from the surrounding area, and wash hands after handling feeders, bird food, or droppings.
Bird feeding may attract insects, rodents, predators, bears, or other wildlife. Customers must follow local wildlife rules, seasonal restrictions, and official disease guidance.
Taglien does not guarantee that a feeder will attract a particular bird species or prevent access by all unwanted animals.
Weather Conditions
Outdoor products may be affected by wind, rain, snow, ice, heat, salt exposure, and storms.
Remove, empty, or secure feeders when conditions become unsafe. Weather-resistant materials are not necessarily weatherproof or permanently rustproof.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
We may accept, reject, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Payment failure.
- Suspected fraud.
- Inventory errors.
- Incorrect pricing.
- Delivery restrictions.
- Incomplete information.
- Legal requirements.
If a paid order is canceled, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Prices and Availability
Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability may change without notice.
We may correct obvious errors and limit quantities where permitted by law. Taxes, shipping costs, duties, and other charges are handled as shown at checkout.
Payment
You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout and confirm that you are permitted to use that payment method.
Payment-provider terms may also apply.
Shipping Returns and Cancellations
Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.
Promotions
Promotions may have separate dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, quantity limits, or redemption instructions.
Unless stated otherwise:
- One discount code may be used per order.
- Discounts cannot be applied after checkout.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined.
- Promotions have no cash value.
Electronic Communications
You agree that order confirmations, receipts, tracking notices, policy updates, and customer-care responses may be provided electronically.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing filtered folders.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Violate applicable laws.
- Submit fraudulent information.
- Interfere with website operation or security.
- Introduce malicious code.
- Collect data without authorization.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Impersonate another person.
- Misuse the Services to harm others.
Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, video, or suggestion, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful and lawful.
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the submission for lawful business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, photography, graphics, product presentation, logos, trademarks, and layout, is owned by Taglien, MILEGOO LIMITED, their affiliates, or licensors.
Content may not be copied, modified, distributed, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Shopify and External Services
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used by the store.
Products are sold by Taglien, operated by MILEGOO LIMITED, and not by Shopify.
Third-party payment providers, carriers, applications, analytics services, and external websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, visits from specific wildlife, permanent exclusion of squirrels or other animals, or suitability for every property and environment.
Mandatory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taglien, its operator, affiliates, employees, agents, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Services or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier interruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, supplier delay, government action, labor disruption, utility failure, or network outage.
Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or separated from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Changes
We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new date.
Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is legally required.
