Choosing a Feeder
Which feeder is right for my space?
Consider where the feeder will be installed and which mounting method is appropriate.
Our collection may include:
- Hanging feeders.
- Pole-mounted feeders.

- Balcony clamp feeders.
- Caged feeders designed to limit access by larger animals.
Review the product dimensions, mounting requirements, feeder capacity, and intended location before ordering.
Is birdseed included?
Birdseed is included only when the product page expressly states that it is supplied.
Decorative seed shown in product photographs may be used for presentation and may not be included.
Will a feeder attract a specific bird species?
No feeder can guarantee visits from a particular species.
Bird activity depends on location, season, habitat, weather, available natural food, feeder placement, and the type and quality of food supplied.
Installation
How should I install a hanging feeder?
Select a stable support suitable for the feeder’s filled weight. Confirm that hooks, branches, poles, brackets, and hanging cables are secure before filling the feeder.
Inspect the support regularly for wear, corrosion, loosening, or weather damage.
How do I install a balcony clamp feeder?
Attach the clamp only to a stable surface within the product’s stated thickness range.
Tighten it according to the instructions without overtightening. Check building rules and make sure the feeder cannot fall onto people, vehicles, property, or areas below.
How do I use a suction-cup window feeder?
Clean and completely dry both the glass and suction cups before installation.
Press each cup firmly against smooth, nonporous glass. Test the installation before adding food and inspect it regularly.
Cold weather, heat, dirt, moisture, textured glass, or aging suction cups may reduce holding strength.
Can I modify the mounting hardware?
Do not drill, cut, bend, replace, or modify structural components unless the product instructions permit it.
Unauthorized modification can reduce stability and may affect return eligibility.
Bird Feeding and Hygiene
How often should I clean the feeder?
Clean seed feeders regularly and more frequently during wet weather, heavy use, or local wildlife-disease reports.
Remove old food and debris, wash the feeder using a method suitable for its materials, rinse it thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely before refilling.
Why must wet or moldy seed be removed?
Wet, moldy, or decomposing food may be harmful to birds and can attract insects, rodents, or other unwanted animals.
Inspect the feeder regularly and replace spoiled food promptly.
Should I clean below the feeder?
Yes. Remove accumulated seed hulls, waste, and droppings from the surrounding area to help reduce mold, pests, and contamination.
Wash your hands after handling feeders, bird food, waste, or cleaning materials.
What should I do if I see sick birds?
Stop feeding temporarily if required by local wildlife guidance, remove and clean the feeder, dispose of contaminated food safely, and follow recommendations from local wildlife or public-health authorities.
Can bird feeders attract other animals?
Yes. Feeders can attract squirrels, rodents, predators, bears, and other wildlife.
Follow local laws and seasonal restrictions, particularly in areas where bird feeding may attract bears or other large animals.
Product Care
Can metal feeders rust?
Weather-resistant finishes can help reduce corrosion, but they do not make every product permanently rustproof.
Dry the feeder when practical, avoid prolonged exposure to standing water, inspect scratched finishes, and follow the care instructions.
Can clear panels scratch or become cloudy?
Transparent acrylic or plastic components may scratch if cleaned with abrasive tools or harsh chemicals.
Use a soft cloth and a cleaner suitable for the material.
Can the feeder remain outside throughout the year?
Suitability depends on the product and local climate.
Severe wind, snow, ice, salt exposure, heat, or storms may damage the feeder or mounting system. Remove or secure it when conditions become unsafe.
Orders and Delivery
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email service@taglien.com as soon as possible.
Requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase will be reviewed, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation?
Check spam, junk, and promotional folders. Confirm that the checkout email address was entered correctly.
If the confirmation is still missing, contact us with your name, checkout email, and approximate payment time.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Products or accessories may ship separately. Check all shipping confirmation emails for additional tracking numbers.
Returns
What is the return period?
Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
The feeder must be unused, uninstalled, clean, complete, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Contact service@taglien.com within 7 days.
Include your order number and photographs of the product, affected area, packaging, and shipping label.
How long do refunds take?
After an authorized return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Payment providers generally require 5–10 business days to post the funds.
